Ruth was born December 9, 1914 in Manlius, the daughter of William and Frances Czech Bolnow. She married Floyd D. Ragsdale on October 8, 1949 in Peoria, IL. He survives.
Also surviving is a cousin, Bill Chenneour of Mendota, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She worked as an RN for Dr. Milo Reed's office for 27 years. She retired in 1976.
She graduated from John C. Proctor School of Nursing in 1935.
Burial will be in Manlius Cemetery in Manlius.
