Died, at Jacksonville, at 12 o'clock noon, Friday, Aug. 21, 1896, Frank N. Stuart, of this city, aged 50 years. Mr. Stuart was well known in this city. Some time ago he returned from the west. While out there he held a high position with the postal department and at one time owned a large ranch there.
He leaves his wife and five children, three sons, Robert, Frank and Winifred and one daughter, Miss Bessie, and one infant child. He also leaves a mother, Mrs. Mary D. Stuart, of this city, two brothers, Robert L., of this city, and John T. Stuart, of Chicago, besides one sister, Miss Hannah Stuart, also of this city.
The remains were brought here Friday night and taken to the home of his mother at Twelfth and Laurel streets where the funeral occurred yesterday afternoon. The interment was in Oak Ridge cemetery.
