Charles A. Greening, Jr., 73, of Norton, died April 10, 1987 at his residence. Born February 21, 1914 in Dayton, Ohio. He was employed by Babcock and Wilcox Co. for 41 years as a machinist. He was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church and Norton Historical Society. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was prededed in death by his father, Charles A. Greening, Sr., his mother Lora Gayle Benedum Greening, sister June Greening Kesterson, and a brother John Henry Greening, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Teresa E. Greening, a son, two daughters and two grandchildren. Services were held at Hahn Funeral Home Inc. with Mass of the Christian Burial at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church. Entombment at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
