Mrs. Margaret (Marie) DeHaven, 78, 418 Howard, died at 7:45 p.m. Thursday at Woodlawn Hospital. Rochester. Born Oct. 8, 1899, in White County, she was the daughter of Edward and Nina Price Farrer. She was married February 1918, in Logansport, to Forrest G. DeHaven, who died October 1959. A retired homemaker, she resided at the Canterbury Nursing Home for four years.

Surviving are two daughters, Myra Altice, 510 Anthony; and Betty Noble, 418 Howard; seven sons, Lee, 547 1/2 Erie Ave ; Gordon, Rt. 3; Charles, 931 W. Market; Ernest 305 W. Clay; Jack, Titusville, Fla.; Richard, Norman, Okla.; and Clifford, Flint, Mich.; one sister, Virginia Clark, 609 Shultz; one brother, Ernest, Rt. 3; 28 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren. One daughter preceded her in
death.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the McCloskey-Hamilton-Gundrum Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Ruhl officiating. Burial will be in the St. John Cemetery. Friends may call after 1 p.m.
