George Wilson Girod, a former resident of Brooklyn, died Wednesday at his home, 108 Church Ave., Islip, Long Island, in his sixty-fifth year. Religious and Masonic services will be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Fairchild Chapel, 86 Lefferts Place, Brooklyn, and burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Mr. Girod was a native of Philadelphia, but had lived in Brooklyn most of his life. He was at one time connected with the American Asphalt Paint Company of Chicago and for the post several years directed a manufacturers agency on Long Island.
