Emma Nansel Danneman was born in Antonia, MO. She was the daughter of John Nansel and Louisa Hoebel (sp?)
On Nov. 9, 1899, she married Herman Danneman at St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Herman and Emma had 8 children, Louise Danneman Mueth, Herman Danneman, Theodore, Edward, Louis, Freddie, Emma Danneman Nagel, and Walter Danneman.
At age six, Edward was trying to get a pear from the winter supply and he upset the pile, and wheat sacks fell on him. Died from skull fracture.
Freddie died at 1 month, 13 days from what would now probably be considered Sudden Infant death, but what was then called suffocation.
Emma died from tuberculous at age 37.
