Delight M. Miller, 82, of Springfield died at 2:42 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Medical Center.
She was born April 11, 1907, in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Guy W. and Janette Smart Cogil.
She married Albert Miller in 1929, and he died in 1970.
Also preceding her in death were one brother, Archer Cogil, and one sister, Helena Darnell.
A resident of Springfield most of her life, Mrs. Miller retired from Memorial Medical Center where she had been employed as an LPN for 17 years.
She was a member of Eastview Baptist Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Carl (Alberta) Fozzard of Decatur; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Hermina Taylor of Peoria and Mrs. May Goodwin of Chicago; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Staab Funeral Home, with the Rev. Roger Daniels officiating.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Greenview.
