Mrs. Mildred Jewel Hardison, 93, Athens, died Saturday at a local hospital.
The funeral was Monday at the Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with burial in the Athens City Cemetery.
Mrs. Hardison was a member of the Market Street Church of Christ and a retired teacher with the Limestone County school system.
Survivors include her husband, Sidney Hardison; a sister, Martha Hardison of Williston, FL; and three grandchildren.
