Hello Ellen! I've been looking at this memorial and I believe it must be that of Harriet Crosby Snow Siefert. She was born August 14, 1822 in Levant, Maine, and according to the _History of the Family of Benjamin Snow_ by Owen Wilcox, Gates Legal Pub Co, 1907, page 151.
She died in Crook City, SD, January 19, 1892. That date of death and her age exactly match those on this memorial. Is it possible,given the deterioration, that the H. G. are actually H. C. for Harriet Crosby? She married July 4, 1849
