JUDGE BENJAMIN HILL AT REST IN OAKLAND
Funeral services for Judge Benjamin Harvey Hill, 73 years old, who died Wednesday morning, were held Thursday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the Firsst methodist Church, with burial in Oakland Cemetery.
Judge Hill had served as solicitor general of the Atlanta circuit, United States district attorney, presiding judge of the court of appeals, judge of the superior court, Atlanta circuit, and at the time of his death, judge of the court of appeals.
Judge Hill is survived by his widow, a daughter, Mrs. Edward M. Leath, of Birmingham and a son, Benjamin H. Hill, III, a senior in the law school of Emory University. Greenburg & Bond in charge.
