Noble E. Adams, 82, of Warrensburg died 11:17 p.m. Saturday (Sept. 24, 1994) in Decatur Memorial Hospital.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Brintlinger's Funeral Home with visitation 5 to 7 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Illini Cemetery, Warrensburg.

Mr. Adams was born March 14, 1912, in Oxford, KS., son of Martin C. and Bertha A. Workman Adams. He was a member of the Illini Congregational Church, Warrensburg. He had farmed in the Warrensburg area since 1955, served on the ASCS Committee, was one of the founders of the Bank of Warrensburg, served on the board of the bank and was also a member of the Warrensburg Masonic Lodge. He married Mary E. Jordan on March 18, 1939. She died on Nov. 7, 1993.

Surviving are his son, Paul and wife Jean of Warrensburg; brothers, Lynn and wife Ruth of Lincoln; Owen and wife Phyllis of Minier; four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and four brothers.
