Funeral Services For H. A. Berger Set for Tuesday

Funeral Services for Herbert Alvin Berger, 61, Rt. 7, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Downing Mortuary.

Mr. Berger died Sunday at Halstead, Kansas Hospital. He was born May 19, 1899, near Derby. He resided in the Wichita area for 30 years, having moved here from Douglass, Kansas. He was a stillman for the Derby Refining Co., for 30 years. He was a member of St. Paul Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife Ethel Beatrice Culberth, whom he married May 26, 1931, in Wichita; two daughters, Mrs. Norma Wilkinson, Sacramento, Calif., and Miss Marilyn Berger, of the home; three sisters, Mrs. Florence Barnes, Douglass, Kansas, Mrs. Jessie Brown, Augusta, Kan., and Mrs. Katherine Alley, Derby; two brothers, Robert, Rock, Kan., and Woodrow, 615 No. St. Clair, Wichita, Kan.

Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be O. O. Haney, A. F. Gackspetter, C. Q. Hinkson, J. E. Terhune, William O. Lancaster and K. W. Stith.
