Her father is Samuel Richard (Noel) who died we think in 1899, however it is not known where. Samuel also lived with a family by the name of Noel and may or may not have been adopted by the Noels. In the 1900 US Census she is known as Roseanna Noel, then changed her name several times since. Rose Pion, Rosie Noel, and recorded as Lizanna Richards in the marriage certificate.
