Joseph Hause and Helen Bernis Kliphouse, were married on December 1, 1906 in Cook County, Chicago, Ill.
Their marriage certificate states Joseph lived in Ohio and Helen from Kalamazoo, Michigan, at the time of their marriage.
They moved to Salt Lake City, Utah where Helens sister Josephine Kliphouse Woodring and her husband Albert lived. Another sister, Jane Kliphouse Mahedy and her husband Pete also lived there.
They had two children. Josephine Carol Hause was born in 1907, and Jean Frances Hause was born in May 1910.
