Wesley was born on September 2, 1917 in Lindsey Chapel, McIntosh County to Lorenzo and LulaBelle (Hardy) Mann. He was a retired farmer and rancher and enjoyed his family and being outdoors. Wesley was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Leona (Stacey) Mann on October 4, 1981, a son, Wesley Mann on February 17, 2008 and two infant sons.He is survived by his three sons, Orville of Checotah, Dwight of Checotah, and Larry of Huntington, AR; brother, Marvin Mann of Broken Arrow; sister Faye Maybelle Stacy of Broken Arrow; 12 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and other relatives.Funeral services for Wesley Mann will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the First Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Montgomery officiating. Interment will be in the Checotah Greenlawn Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Hampton Mortuary, Checotah.
