Sometime prior to 1941, Florence married a man with the last name of Seiters. This was when Florence was very young. Mr. Seiters was the son of the police chief, probably in Hoopeston. The marriage was annuled.
On July 16, 1941, Florence married Emil George Hund. Emil had been born in 1905 in Hungary. He came to the United States with his parents and siblings when he was about 3 years old.
Florence and Emil had two children, Emil Joseph, born in 1947 and Juanita Mary, born in 1951. Both of their children were born in Melrose Park, Cook County, Illinois.
Florence took care of her home and family while at the same time doing child care and housekeeping for other families. Her death certificate says that at some time she worked as an assembler in a factory. At the time of her death, Florence lived at 1020 Des Plaines, in Forest Park.
Florence passed away on September 24, 1993 at her home in Forest Park, Illinois. Her death certificate says she died of a "cerebral vascular accident." She was buried on September 27, 1993 in Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois.
