Barker also had a brother , Justus Barker, born in 1808 and died in 1813 who is buried in the Steelworks Cemetery, Amenia, New York -- records there clearly state that he was the son of Justus (Sr.) and Mary Sr.(her last name is unknown). That's probably why any records that do exist list him as Justus L. -- to avoid mixing him up with his deceased brother."
