Elizabeth Boylan, daughter of John and Jane Boylan was born in Co. Meath, Ireland and passed away Dec. 12, 1920 at age 75 years. She was married January 26, 1863 at Normandy Township, Ontario, Canada, to Patrick McEntee and to this union were born nine children, seven girls and two boys. She was a woman of sterling qualities, never complaining, although she suffered several years of blindness. She is survived by five daughters and two sons: Rose Marie McIntee Hallock (Charles), Elizabeth Jane McIntee Culhane (James), Mary McIntee Fitzsimmons (John), Ann M. McIntee Frihan (Norman), Bridget McIntee Clark (George), Thomas McIntee (Charlotte), and John Patrick McIntee (Nora), besides 51 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughters Margaret McIntee Fisk (James) and Catherine McIntee McMahon (Frank). Funeral held from St. Mary's church, Rev. Fr. Crowe officiated, burial at St. Mary's cemetery.
