Margaret was the fifth of seven children born to John and Mary Sarah (Klutts) Moose. She married Henry T. Graeber in 1873 and they had six children: Laura Elizabeth, John Luther, Charles Harris, Daisy Josephine, Mary G. and Louis Adolphus.
