Forrest V. Phillips, 70, of 1200 Hollywood Place, West Palm Beach, Fla., formerly of Cameron, WV. died Thursday, May 3, 1979 at Miami, Fla. He was born June 10, 1908, at Cameron, WV. a son of the late Adam T. and Dora Granlee Phillips. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church at Cameron. He was a member of Masonic Lodge AF. and AM 17 of Cameron, and was a thirty-second degree mason. He was a retired employee of Pratt and Whitney Aircraft at West Palm Beach, Fla. His wife, Christine Grim Phillips, survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Loverine Taylor of Portoria Valley, Calif; Mrs. Patricia Bondomere of Lake Park, Fla., and a son, Forrest Jr. of West Palm Beach, Fla. Surviving in addition to his children are one sister, Genevieve Best, and one brother, Paul of West Palm Beach, Fla.
