My Grandfather. Will was the son of Joseph J Smith and Florence Henrietta Draughon. He married Jennie Leland England on June 4, 1896. Over the next several years, they had four children; Leland Virginia (Woodard), Will C., Jr., Mary Florence (Browder), and Joe Harry. My Grandfather owned and operated Smith Bros., Dorris & Co., a general store in Springfield for over 30 years until his death in 1933.
