Rev. Samuel Bibbins, Jr. was the son of Samuel and Deborah Cleveland Bibbins, Sr.. He was the brother of Rev. Elisha Bibbins. He was the husband of Anna Bibbins. Rev. Bibbins was a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church: Genesee (Western New York/now Upper New York) Conference Received on trial 1821 F1823 Oneida Conference at organization 1829 Black River Conference at organization 1936.
