Hubbards Cove community resident and Owensboro, Ky., native Hazel Ann Gant, 55, died Dec. 9.

The daughter of C.B, and Edna Rogers, she is survived by her husband, John Gant; brothers, Bruce and Dale Rogers of Owensboro; brother-in-law, Rick Gant of Hubbards Cove.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Layne Funeral Home Chapel in Altamont with burial following at Altamont City Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at Layne Funeral Home.

Layne Funeral Home of Altamont is in charge of arrangements.
