Rev. Albert B. Norton was the son of William A. and Henrietta (Sellon) Norton. He was the husband of Ella M. (Brown) Norton Ella died December 28, 1906. Rev. Norton was a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church: Genesee (now Western New York) Conference 1890 F 1892. He served North Cohocton, Steuben Co., Rochester District NY 1889-1891 and Macedon, Wayne Co., and Perinton, Monroe Co., Rochester Dist., NY 1892-1893 - Located at his own request 1894. He later became a railroad conductor.

Rev. Orville Cram Poland presented the parchments of Rev. Albert B. Norton, a Local Elder, who had withdrawn, and on motion of Rev. Thomas Jefferson Bissell, they were ordered deposited with the Secretary.
