CECIL DIXON BRISCOE, 94, of Memphis, retired service manager for Firestone, died Sunday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Park. He was a member of Coleman Avenue Church of Christ. Mr. Briscoe, the widower of Pauline Briscoe, leaves a daughter, Bonny Jenkins, and a son, C.
