Missouri death certificate # 27190. Date of birth Unknown. Age approx. 65. Born in Indian Territory, Oklahoma. Unknown if veteran. His occupation listed him as a porter in a hotel, widowed. Social Security # 500 05 0695. His father Bass Reeves, mother was listed as unknown. The informant was Ellen Eslinger same address as William's, 1217 Texas Ave. Springfield, MO. Cause of death was pulmonary edema, contributory was chronic myocarditis. W P Campbell informant. Interred in Hazelwood Cemetery August 13, 1942
*Note his birth date based on guess of age approx 65 years old when he died in 1942.
