Nan Koblentz, born Anna Koblenz (in her later years, Nanette Koblentz) in Cleveland, Ohio. Daughter of Max Wilhelm Koblentz and Rachel Tiba (Boone) Koblentz.

Accomplished entertainer and pianist, in the 1920s she was the featured singer and dancer for Roxey and Her Sailorettes. In her youth she lived life to its fullest and was quite the adventurer. She was a licensed biplane pilot, working for Curtis Aircraft in the late 1920s at Euclid Beach Park, and flew paying goers up and out of the park, over the beaches and back down again. Nan also flew for Eaglerock Dealers. (She gave up flying at the insistance of her parents who thought it unladylike, sad to say.)

With the exception of time spent in California in the late 1940s and early 1950s, she was a lifelong Cleveland resident. Member of Brith Emeth Temple

Loving caregiver to her parents later in life - a beloved Aunt to her niece and nephews. And always ready to play a tune or sing for party goers.

She was one in a million and she is missed by those who loved her.
