Born Toiba Rochel Bun in what was Rockeshek (Rokiskis) Lithuania. Raised in Dvinsk, Russia (now Daugavpils, Latvia. Wife of Max Wilhelm Koblentz. Mother of Miriam, Maury, Nan, Betty, Evelyn, twins Sanford and Marvin. Grandmother of nine, great-grandmother. Preceded in death by brother Morris Boon. Her mother was Channa Yoffee Bun. Mrs. Koblentz came to the US in 1908, settling in Cleveland, and later Shaker Heights.

The fates of her stepsister and stepbrother, and their families, who remained in Latvia as of 1920, are unresolved. The location of her mother's burial and her father's burial are unknown and thought to have been destroyed in WWII during the period that Jewish graves were desecrated, and their stones were used for rubble in construction sites.

She was beloved, admired, and adored by her family, and she was an amazing grandmother.
