Benjamin married Sarah Rebecca Mowery (1870-1933) on December 29, 1896 in the Grace United Methodist Church in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. To this union there were two children, Mary Ellen (Fraker) Troup (1899-1969) and Andrew William Fraker (1903-1980). He worked as a Farmer for the greater part of his life and passed away on November 2, 1955 in Carlisle, Pennsylvania at the age of 85.
