BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Alexander was born January 16, 1958 in Seminole. He was reared in Wheeler, graduating from Wheeler High School in 1976. He had been a resident of Pampa since 1986. Steve married Amy Turner on March 26, 1988 in Pampa. He worked for Tejas Feeders for over 30 years. He was a member of Highland Baptist Church. In his spare time, Steve liked to fish and cook. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. His optimistic sense of humor will be greatly missed.

SURVIVORS: wife: Amy Alexander of the home; 2 daughters: Stephanie Patton of Amarillo and Melissa Wagner and husband Aaron of Katy; 2 sons: Rhett Lawrence and wife Kelley of Tucson, Arizona and Robert Alexander of the home; 2 granddaughters: Tommie Patton and Kiara Patton, both of Amarillo; 1 grandson: Jericho Patton of Amarillo; 2 brothers: Danny Alexander of Amarillo and Mike Alexander and wife Shannon of Cedar Park. Steve was preceded in death by his parents: David and Jo Ellen Alexander; and his mother-in-law: Joy Turner.
