Asheville – Harry Johnson Morgan, 59, of Kennesaw, Ga., died Thursday, Aug. 3, 2006, at his residence. A native of Buncombe County, he was the son of Dorothy Johnson Morgan of Asheville and the late Robert K. Morgan Sr.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 20 years, Nancy Kay Lederman Morgan; son, Brian Tisdale and his wife, Ellen of Atlanta; brother, Robert K. Morgan Jr. of San Francisco; two sisters, Sandra Oelschlager and her husband, Worth of San Diego and Peggy Partin and her husband, Ken of Asheville; two grandchildren, Samantha and Quinn Tisdale; several nieces and nephews; and his favorite four legged friend, Maude.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Morris Funeral Home, 304 Merrimon Ave., with the Rev. Ryan Oelschlager officiating.
Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
