FUNERAL OF HENRY DIEWERT HELD AT MONROEVILLE
(Special to the Journal Gazette)
MONROEVILLE, Ind., Oct. 11- The remains of Henry Diewert, of Lawrence, Kan., who died the fore part of the week, arrived at this place yesterday and the funeral services were held at the M.E. church this morning and the remains were interred in the I.O.O.F. cemetery.

The deceased was eight-nine years of age at the time of his death, and was an old pioneer resident of Monroeville, but for the past few years made his home at Lawrence, Kan., with his children. He was the father of a large family, a number of whom survive him, namely Miss Emma Diewert, of Portland, Ore.; Mrs. James Rollins, of Lowell, Mass.; Mrs. Leota Roebuck, of Alliance, O.; Henry Diewert, Jr., of Nashville, Tenn.; Mrs. McDaniel, of Fort Wayne, and Mrs. George Shaffer, of Monroeville.
