Rena, of Groves, passed away Saturday at her residence after fighting a courageous battle with cancer for two years.
Born in Louisiana to Raymond LeJeune and Malena Crochet LeJeune, she was a resident of Groves for sixty three years and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Rena was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years Joseph Dewey Pousson, Sr.; two sons; Joseph Dewey Pousson,Jr. and James Arnold Pousson.
She was survived by her daughters; Laura Johnson and husband Tim, Paula Hardin and husband Bobby, and Dolores Boyd; sons Terrell Pousson and Keith Pousson and wife Gay; sisters Edna Pousson, Joyce Pousson, Earline LeJeune AcKoury, Glenda Vincent, and Lenora Meaux; brothers; Donald LeJeune and Leward LeJeune; grandchildren; Kimberly Key, Aaron Johnson, Amy Peavey, Jason Johnson, Maranda Hernandez, Melissa Broussard, Brigitte Hardin, Danny Johnson and Caddice Hardin.; great grandchildren; Meagan Key, Nicholas Johnson, Holden Wheeler, Sammy Hernandez, Phoebe Burke, Emily Johnson, Mia Hernandez, Aston Broussard, Cael Johnson,and upcoming birth on her birthday August 18 of Bronson Michael Broussard.
