Son of David and Marcilva [Ainsworth] Needham
Nearly all his life he abode in this Town [Wales], but dwelt a little time in Stafford, CT, and his second child was born there. Many years he lived on the "Andrew Needham Place"*, but a few of his last years found him upon the so-called "Orcutt Place", upon which both he and his wife died. He was long time a prominent, active man of the Town; was Town Clerk 18 consecutive years. He was a man of unquestioned integrity and honesty - One by whom duty, public or private, world never be meaningly derelict, or left unperformed.
