Died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2005, at Marlette Community Hospital, at the age of 70. She was born April 26, 1935 in Flint, daughter of Norm and Ruby Cross. She loved singing and playing the piano.

Survivors include children, Eugene and Camille Short, Douglas Short, Lorraine Maxfield and Robert and Patty Hadden; grandchildren, Stephanie Craig, Jennifer Eychaner, Jessica Brooks, Eugene and Ashley Short and Rebecca and Caitlynn Short; great-grandchildren, Mackenzie Craig and Daniel Eychaner.

She was preceded in death by husbands, Eugene Short and Robert Hadden and son, Daniel Short.

Funeral service will be held at noon, Friday, Sept. 16 at Hudson Funeral Service in Otisville. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park. Visitation is Wednesday, Sept. 14, 6-9 p.m. and Thursday noon-9 p.m
