William "Billy" Sooter II, age 40, of Victoria, TX died Saturday February 24, 2007 in, Dallas Texas. He was born May 21, 1966 in Springdale, AR the son of William Harold and Theda Wolfe Sooter. He worked in the Electrical Industry.
He was preceded in death by his step-father and mother, James and Theda Hysell and brother, Waylon Sooter.
He is survived by his father and step-mother, William Harold and Daisy Sooter; 3 brothers, Jimmy Hysell of Victoria, Craig Hysell of Germany and Justin Sooter of Colcord, OK; 2 sisters, Danyel Hysell of Victoria and Anita Jones of Colcord, OK
Funeral Services will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday March 1, 2007 in the chapel of Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Ellis officiating. Burial will be in Bluff Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Mike Wright, Chris Spillers, Frankie Hardin, Stacy Wolfe, Billy "Bear" Tedder and Kent Abern.
Honorary Pallbearers are Victor Wright, Virgil Wright, Darrell Wright, Dewayne Wolfe, Bill Tedder and Bob Owens.
