He married the former Lois Holden on July 18, 1953 in Hart. Robert was a self employed contractor owning Adams Construction and served in the Army National Guard. His interests included golf, fishing and hunting.
Robert was survived by his wife Lois Adams; children, Robert (Natalie) Adams of Hart, Dan Adams of Ludington, Brad (Melinda) Adams of Maineville, Ohio, Don Adams of Hart, Todd Adams of Hart, Greg Adams of Hart; ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren; two brothers, Warren (Ruth) Adams of Shelby, Carl (Louise) Adams of Hart; half-brother, Allen Adams of Grand Rapids, MI.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Rodd Adams on October 19, 1966 and sister, Marie Keck.
