The Lord called Dollie Robena Stephenson Watts home on Monday, September 7, 2009. Lake Ridge Chapel asnd Memorial Designers will host family and friends of Mrs. Watts from 6 until 8 p.m. tonight. They will celebrate her 84 years of life at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2009 at Lake Ridge Chapel followed by a committal service at 3 p.m. at McAdoo Cemetery in McAdoo, Texas. Reverend Ted Currington will officiate. Pallbearers include Jerry Tooke (honorary), Maurice Stanley, Ray Stanley, Freddy Smith, RB Bailey, Dub Farmer, and Donald Harris.

Mrs. Watts was born on July 7, 1925 in McAdoo, Texas to Samuel Walter and Anne Elizabeth Miranda Garrett Stephenson. She married Barney Lee Watts on June 25, 1945 in Spur, Texas. He preceded her in death on May 31, 1978.

Survivors include her children and their spouses, Lou Ann and Ray Whitworth of Spring, Charles and Geri Watts of Victoria, Christine "Mickey" and Rex Parks of Round Rock, and Beverly "Bubbles" and Jack Wilhite of Ropesville. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Her namesake and niece, Robena Tooke and her spouse Jerry; and friend, Wanda Boyd also survive her. Mrs. Watts was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, five brothers, and one grandson.
