EUNICE, LA--------Mrs. Thomas LeJeune, 70, the former Victorine Bertrand, a lifelong resident of the Tepetate Community of Acadia Parish, died at her home, Monday, Feb. 24, 1958 at 9:30 p.m. after an illness of two years.

Last rites will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the St. Augustine Catholic Church in Basile with burial to follow at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery in Iota. Until the hour of rites the body will remain at Ardoin's Funeral Home.

Survivors are her husband, Thomas LeJeune; three sons, Caffery LeJeune of Eunice and Kermit LeJeune of Iota, and Bryan LeJeune of Jennings ; four daughters, Mrs. Roman ( Effie LeJeune ) Klumpp of Basile, Mrs. Raymond ( Della LeJeune ) of Tepetate, Mrs. Ivy LeJeune of Jennings, and Mrs. Ivan ( Wanda Ruth LeJeune) LeJeune of Iota; one brother, Amaduce Bertrand of Eunice and 21 grandchildren.
