William Abbe's father's name was Abel Abbe and his mother's name was Miriam Bingham. William married Olive Green on Nov. 18, 1824 in Orleans County, N.Y. They had 4 children by the name of Lucy, Lois, Andrew & Susan Abbe. William's second marriage in Iowa on 9/13/1840 to Lucy Wolcott. Their children were Augustus, William & Mary Abbe. William Abbe's death was either Feb. 15,1854 or Feb. 10,1855. Where he is buried, really is unknown, possibly San Juan Bautista.
