Henry Long
Services for lifelong Orland resident Henry M. Long, 93, were held Monday at 2p.m. in the F. D. Sweet and Son Mortuary.
He died Thursday in a Yountville veterans' home.
Long was born July 16, 1894 in Orland.
He was a World War I Navy veteran.
Survivors include a son, Henry of Orland; a step-son, Fred Mishoe of San Diego; two sisters, Margaret Johnson of Sacramento and Almeda Johnson of Orland; a brother, Sam of Orland; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Another son, John, preceded him in death in November 1987.
The Rev. Connie Butcher of the Orland federated Church officiated at the service.
