Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 1st at 2 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home for Andrew Gilbert Anderson, 82 who died Saturday at a Canton hospital.

Mr. Anderson was born in Illinois Dec. 14, 1889.

He was married in 1921 to Nora Adeline Ness and the couple farmed near Worthing until 1954. Mrs. Anderson died in 1958.

He is survived by four daughters; Mrs. William Hoare, Chino, CA., Mrs. Leonard Olson, Sioux Falls, SD, Mrs. Vic Hoff, Long Beach, CA and Mrs. Joseph Leccesi, Waukegan, IL, three sons; Richard, Des Moines, IA, Robert, Abbyville, KS, and John E., Canton, SD; one brother, Alfred, Harristourg, SD and one sister, Mrs. Helmur Stubstem, Canton; 19 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Interment will be in the Worthing Cemetery.
