from the Norristown Times Herald, Wed. 9 Feb. 2000: Mary (Kneas) Cox, of Worcester Township, died Monday at her home. She was 92. Mrs. Cox was employed with the law offices of High, Swartz, Roberts & Seidel on E. Airy Street in Norristown for 55 years. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Fairview Village, the Norristown Art League, and an active member and former president of the former Norristown Soroptimist Club. Born April 2, 1907 in Norristown, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Mae (Glisson) Kneas. Surviving are three nieces and two nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Eugene A. Cox. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Boyd-Horrox Funeral Home of E. Norriton, 200 W. Germantown Pike. The Rev. Kim Guiser, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church will be officiating. Friends and relatives may call 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment in Riverside Cemetery in W. Norriton. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Trinity Lutheran Church, PO Box 340, Fairview Village, Pa., 19409, or to the Alzheimer's Disease Assoc., 325 Chestnut St., Suite 1120, Philadelphia, Pa., 19106.
