---A telephone message has been received in La Plata of the death of Ruth Miller McFeeter on May 12, 1990.
---She was born in La Plata, Missouri on September 29, 1909, the daughter of Daniel and Cassie Burch Miller. She was a graduate of La Plata High School and leaves friends and relatives in the area.
---She was married to R. J. (Bob) McFeeter and they had lived on the east coast. She died suddenly at the family home in Columbia, New Jersey. Burial was made in a nearby burial location chosen at the time they moved to the area.
---Mrs. McFeeter is survived by her husband, Bob; her sister, Esther Miller Burke of Santa Barbara, California and nieces and nephews. Mrs. Burke's son, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Beall of Crown Point, Indiana were motorcycling in the nearby area and dropped by the home for a spur-of-the moment visit and were informed of her death.
---She was preceded in death by her parents in 1930 and 1958. Also, a half-brother, Ward W. Miller in 1962; three half-sisters, Maud Miller Vosseller in Colorado; Mary Grace Threlkeld in 1980 in New Jersey and Blanche A. Miller Wilgus in 1986 in Colorado.
