Moved to Clinton Co., OH about 1804. In 1825 he and Elizabeth moved to Marion Co., IN. Then in 1855 they moved to Dallas Co., IA.
After several years they went back to IN on a visit, and Elizabeth died there. After her death, he travelled back and forth as long as he was able to do so, but was in IN the last five or six years before his death.
He was a large, portly man, with snow white hair. He, more than any other of the family, kept up the dates of the family record.
