Married Dr Thomas Barbee on the Winston plantation in Virginia 19 Jun 1809. Family moved to Winchester, KY in 1810. Dr Barbee died in Cincinnati 13 Oct 1821. Alice moved to Indianapolis to be with her daughter, Mary Todd (Barbee) Wilson around 1838 Alice brought 2 daughters, Isabella & Alice with her. Isabella married William Watson Wick in 1839, 7 yrs after his 1st wife Laura Finch had died in April 1832. and Alice became the wife of Lucian Barbour, Wick's law partner, in 1842,
