Funeral for Kenneth Earl Bennett, 59, was held this morning in the Mincy-Fulford Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial was at the Hargraves Cemetery in Millwood.
He had been employed as produce manager for several supermarkets in Waycross and Jacksonville and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. A Ware County native he was the son of the late Mrs. Josie Evelyn Bullard Bennett. He died Friday at the Methodist Hospice in Jacksonville, Fla., after a long illness.
Survivors include his wife Ruth Bennett, Jacksonville; two sons Davy E. Bennett and Thomas Lester Bennett, both of Jacksonville; a daughter Deborah Selman. Harrisburg, Va.; his father G. C. Bennett of Millwood; a brother George Caren Bennett of Jacksonville; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
