GERARD C. KAUTZ
Gerard C. Kautz, 64, 446 Westminster Ave., died in a Salt Lake hospital Oct. 26, 1975, after a lingering illness.
Born June 4, 1911 in Pittsburgh, Pa., to Francis and Angela Schafner Kautz. He married Donna Bate in 1944 at Salt Lake City. He was a member of the Catholic Church, and worked as a chauffer.
Survivors include his wife; sons and daughter, D. Michael G. of Granger; Norman Leo and Mrs. Jerrald (Linda Lea) Roberts, both of Salt Lake City, 3 grandchildren; and brother, Raymond Kautz of Pittsburgh.
Graveside services will be Thursday at 11 a.m., Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 S. Redwood Road. Friends may call at Deseret Mortuary, 36 E. 7th South Wednesday from 7-8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
