Robert Stoy Kinney, 56, of East High Street, Waynesburg, dided Sunday, October 3, 1948, in the Greene County Memorial Hospital, after a lingering illness. A farmer and carpenter, he was the last member of his family.
Born September 5, 1892, in Jackson Township, he was a son of the late William and Rebecca Hughes Kinney. His wife, Gay Kinney, preceded him in death nine years ago. He had spent most of his life in Greene County. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. William Bissett, New Freeport; one son, Asa Keith Kinney, Waynesburg and four grandchildren,
