Former resident of University City, Mo., retired to Forsythe, Mo., and lived most recently in Warrenton, Mo. Preceded by husband Wilbert "Will" Shupe in 1984. Survived by 2nd husband Anthony "Tony" Franceschini (m. 1986) of Warrenton, Mo. Also survived by her 10 children: Jim, David, Carol, John, Mary Ellen, Betty Young (Warrenton, Mo.) Tom, Barbara, Margaret Berry (Berryton, Kan.), and Debbie (St. Louis, Mo.), and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Celeste was devoted to her family and was very artistic, enjoying crafting, drawing, and painting.

Note: Celeste's first husband, Will, was a half-brother of my mother, Marcia Lee Shupe Dinkheller, of Quincy, Ill.
