Survived by 2nd husband Anthony "Tony" Franceschini (m. 1986) of Warrenton, Mo. Also survived by her 10 children: Jim, David, Carol, John, Mary Ellen, Betty Young (Warrenton, Mo.) Tom, Barbara, Margaret Berry (Berryton, Kan.), and Debbie (St. Louis, Mo.), and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Celeste was devoted to her family and was very artistic, enjoying crafting, drawing, and painting.
Note: Celeste's first husband, Will, was a half-brother of my mother, Marcia Lee Shupe Dinkheller, of Quincy, Ill.
